Mechanically, I don't think the versions contain differences (comparing to the equivalent US printing). But I really prefer the U.K. edition's art. If I could have only one, I would get rid of my US version and keep my U.K. version.
I am quite glad I picked up a copy of the UK version. The artwork gives it a very different vibe... 8^)
