  1. No, I just saw his game report; I have his blog on my list.

  2. Cool. Interesting to see he added a mimic (wonder what it was concealed as?) and expanded the spider encounter with a small lair cavern. I always liked having the rat tunnels leading under the graveyard as an expansion option for the DM; would be cool to have a network of small (halfling/goblin sized) tunnels up aboev the ceilings of the main complex, inhabited in the main by spiders which would use it as a "highway" much like "critters in the ductwork" is a common plot device in sci fi.

  3. The mimic was disguised as a treasure chest, and located near the door of the room. The spider was located on the far side, and I made the web rather easy to notice. Thus the party focused on clearing the room to get to the 'chest' rather than the chest, which was the actual threat.

    Yes, I'm evil.

  4. Love it! On the plus side for the halfling, at least you didn't fill the rotting goblin corpses in the spider lair with rot grubs ; )
