I'll need to see a scan of what has been found. I'm not really getting the "black band" with the publisher information. Also, the statement "(C) AVALON HILL GAME COMPANY. Printed and published in French with the permission of THE AVALON HILL GAME COMPANY" sounds more like permission from AH was given to make the translation rather than AH being the translator themselves.
...Google Translate did that page about 80% justice, I'm guessing... but it is interesting.

ReplyDeleteZach H Yes, exactly. Until now, it was considered as an unofficial translation, but it appears that Avalon Hill made it.
