    That shipping protocol... felt like I was playing "The Room" -envelopes within envelopes within boxes within wrapping... it arrived so safely!

    Books damaged by careless shipping or mediocre packing are a pet peeve of mine. My response is to 'over engineer' the packing for orders I ship.
