    Gygax infringed TSR's copyright, but in the settlement TSR ended up paying Gygax? Pretty odd result if you ask me... That is assuming that Gygax actually infringed TSR's copyright. (Which he didn't, which is why TSR decided it was better to buy him off and bury his product.)
