L3 Deep Dwarven Delve was just added to dndclassics.com
This was the "lost" L-series module by Len Lakofka that was first published in 1999 in the TSR Silver Anniversary Set with other modules & Holmes Basic.

He released an L4 through Dragonsfoot forum. It is (or was, at least) available on the download page.
