This pertains to the original orange-covered B3, which Jean Wells originally developed while using the Holmes set (according to Frank Mentzer on DF). By the way, I also considered B3 (green cover) and B4 "honorary" Holmes modules since they each have a paragraph at the start stating that they can be used with the Holmes set since all necessary monster stats are included.
