I had actually started writing out some additional character races based on hints in Holmes's writings (e.g. centaurs & dreenoi), but then I realised this was a bit of a redundant approach. Instead I'm just including additional information for player characters in the monster chapter, and really opening up the field.
The Witch is a bit more tricky, as I want to make sure it's sufficiently differentiated from clerics and magic-users to make it worthy of inclusion as the fifth class. I hope I'm nailing it.
