Added three more pictures to the Holmes picture gallery. New pics are the one from the back flap of Tales of Peril; one from a 1993 ERB convention where he was guest of honor; and his gravestone at a veterans memorial cemetery in Honolulu (which is available on-line; thanks to Olde House Rules for the suggestion to add this)
