Thanks for sharing, Zach H!Chris Holmes absolutely, and part of that was my fussing over details - I suspect the artist is a bit fed up with me at this point! ;-)Thom Hall I am waiting a few months before going Lulu, to make sure there is minimum remaining errata before people pay for printed books.
Totally understandable and worth the wait. I may have to get a hard copy done sooner for table use. I will be sure to share typos found :)
