Its not like its an elephant in the room, or anything, but seeing that the artist created it for a "Slayer's Guide", which I don't have - I can only assume that its for 3x or Pathfinder, and the artist made it as a subtle reference for the target audience. If they got the connection to Holmes, good, if not, they didn't know what they missed.. ;)
