You need to get a customized ring box with the name of the die on the outside in gold. That way when you have a truly critical roll, you can pull out "Nubbins."
The sole surviving "first dice" is a pale blue/green d20 - now slightly oval shaped, due to repeated calibrations using a ball-peen hammer. It only rolls 17-20 now. Its my baby blue robindragon egg. :)
