    I think I see a Jack Kirby influence, perhaps from New Gods.

    Thanks Tim Callahan! Great observation, Tony Rowe, I was thinking of Kirby while inking the darker areas, particularly the dots. Haven't read New Gods (yet) but am currently reading Devil Dinosaur.
