Who here is headed to #ntrpgcon ? Not I, sadly. However, I hear that Chris Holmes will be attending. If you run into him, or play in a game with him, I'm sure he'd love to hear about your appreciation for his father's work. He previously attended in 2012, see this post:

I was planning to attend. I'd purchased tickets, reserved hotel rooms, made plans. Then, when registration opened I repeatedly tried to sign up for events but the system wouldn't let me. When the dust settled, all the events I really wanted to get into were booked up. I was disappointed but philosophical about the whole thing. At least somebody will be having a great time!

It's the 6th one. My impression is that it and GaryCon are the two big cons for old school RPGs.

ReplyDeleteDavid Welborn Do you mean as a guest? From what I heard is that Chris is simply attending as a regular member of the public, playing in games, etc. I'm sorry my original post wasn't clear about that.
