Michael Prescott A note at the beginning of the adventure says "Art and Cartography by Stephen Daniele". I've never heard of this TSR artist before, but its from an era I'm not very familiar with (late 2E AD&D).
And since all of the Dragon and Dungeon magazines have been up on the Annarchive site for years, and this is a private group, here's the link for Dungeon #71.
