d20 with an "A" instead of a "1"




I received a query about these dice which came with a Holmes set bought in 1980. They have the letter 'A' in place of the number 1. The d20 is 0-9 twice, but one of the 1's is an 'A'. Anybody ever see these before or know who made them? Armory?

    Local gaming store 1978 they were "The Armory" dice

    Thanks, Timothy! I had forgotten the company was "The Armory". Searching with the article turned up some more info on these dice.
