Former TSR artist Dave Trampier passed away earlier this week. Best known for the Player's Handbook cover and the Wormy comic strip, he was also one of our 'Holmes Basic' artists, with three illustrations in the Basic rulebook and contributing to the original cover of the module B1.

Such a shame.. I'd really been hoping that one day he'd decide to take up illustration again, and publish a Wormy compendium. Rest in peace, Tramp.
