Here's a large-sized scan of the TSR OD&D Character Sheet from 1977 posted in a thread on the Acaeum. Of note are the AD&D-isms: AC10, Weapon Speed Factor, Wisdom Adj. I believe these were not explained until the Player's Handbook was released the following year (Jun 1978 per the Acaeum).

Love the picture of the party. They all have big smiles on their faces, except the sword which seems very nervous. For some reason the hireling is hiding behind the MU. Fun stuff.

ReplyDeleteZachary Zahringer Thanks for sharing that. That's the 1979 reprint, but I believe it's identical except for adding a TM registration mark and removing the "*T.M. REG. APP. FOR" (trademark registration applied for) at the bottom of the sheet.
