That is essentially the basic rulebook for the Rules Cyclopedia. Besides the rulebook, the 1991 set also came with nice fold-up paper minis and a poster map with 5' squares for the sample dungeon (Escape from Zanzer's Dungeon). I bought the contents of the set and sold the rulebook & use the minis as extras in our AD&D games. The modules that supported this set are the Thunder Rift line and each comes with the same minis & poster maps.
