It took quite a while for the name to click, but I think it now ticks all the boxes. It has "blue" for the Blue Book, "holme" for Holmes, it's short, and it begins with "B" (important for getting to the front of alphabetical lists!).
Blueholme is also a town in the setting which will form the background for published adventure modules. Blueholme is a small town by the sea, at the edge of the Realm, with a port. A sort of port-town, you might say. ;-)
