In case anyone doesn't have it, Holmes's Sample Dungeon from the Basic Rulebook is still available for free from the Wizards of the Coast website. It's a five page pdf, poorly scanned but readable. It was first made available in 2008 as part of a retrospective of D&D Basic Sets by Bart Carroll. I've added it to the "About this Community" links.
